The right to access information and reuse information
Pursuant to Article 3 of the Right to Access Information Act (»Narodne novine«, 25/13, 85/15), the right to access information, as well as to re-use information to natural and legal persons through openness and publicity of public authorities, is regulated.
The right to access information and reuse information includes the right of users to request and obtain information as well as the obligation of public authorities to provide access to requested information, or to publish information regardless of the request when such disclosure arises from an obligation imposed by law or regulation.
The right to access information and re-use information is regulated and exercised in accordance with the Right to Access Information Act (»Narodne novine«, 25/13, 85/15). The law prescribes the principles of the right to access information and reuse information, restrictions on the right to access information and reuse information, the procedure for exercising and protecting the right to access information and reuse information.
Information Officer
The KASPI Business Incubator (hereinafter referred to as "KASPI") informs the public through the official website about documents and information in its possession and which are publicly available in electronic form and can be accessed without special request, and access to all other information and documents is achieved by submitting oral or written request.
The right to access information and reuse information is exercised by submitting a request to the KASPI Information Officer in the following possible ways:

Information access fee
KASPI Business Incubator is entitled to reimbursement of actual material costs incurred by providing information to the user of the right to access information and reuse information, as well as reimbursement of costs of delivery of requested information, charged in accordance with the Criteria for determining reimbursement of actual material costs and information costs. hereinafter: Criterion) pursuant to Article 19, paragraph 2 of the Right to Access Information Act (»Narodne novine«, 25/13, 85/15).
The amount of compensation for actual material costs is determined in the following amount:
- Copy of one A4 page - HRK 0.25
- Copy of one page of A3 size - HRK 0.50
- Copy of one page in A4 size - HRK 1.00
- Copy of one page in A3 size - HRK 1.60
- Electronic record on one CD - HRK 4.00
- Electronic record on one DVD - HRK 6.00
- Electronic record on the memory card depending on the amount of memory:
- HRK 210 for 64 GB
- HRK 150 for 32 GB
- HRK 120 for 16 GB
- HRK 50 for 8 GB
- HRK 30 for 4 GB
- Converting one page of a document from physical to electronic form - HRK 0.80
- The costs of information delivery are calculated according to the valid price list of regular postal services.
Remark
The amount of compensation for actual material costs for services not specified in the Criteria is determined by the public authority by charging the average market price for the service, the depreciation cost incurred by the public authority and the cost of postal services. The costs of delivering information are calculated according to the valid price list of postal services. The user of the right to information should pay in advance the expected amount of actual material costs in advance. In the event that the user of the right to information does not deposit the specified amount within the deadline, it will be considered that the user of the right to information has waived the request. The City of Kastav will issue an invoice to the user of the right to information according to the amount of the fee specified in the Criteria.
