The protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data is a fundamental right. Article 8 (1) of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and Article 16 (1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) stipulate that everyone has the right to the protection of their personal data.
Article 37 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia stipulates that everyone is guaranteed the security and confidentiality of personal data.
Personal data is all data relating to an individual whose identity has been established or can be established. An identifiable individual is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by means of identifiers such as name, identification number, location information, network identifier or by one or more factors specific to physical, physiological, genetic, mental, the economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.
KASPI Business Incubator, hereinafter referred to as "KASPI", as the processing manager, will collect, process, store and destroy all personal data in a lawful, honest, accurate and transparent manner and applying the "reduced amount of data" rules. Also, in the processing of personal data, KASPI will apply strict rules of personal data protection. In the processing of personal data, KASPI will apply the provisions of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection and the Act on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection.
Citizens whose personal data are processed may at any time request access to the submitted personal data and request their correction, restriction of processing or deletion. Also, citizens are authorized at any time to object to the processing of their personal data. The complaint is submitted to the Agency for Personal Data Protection as the competent supervisory body for personal data protection.

Purpose, method of processing and storage of personal data
All personal data is used exclusively for the purposes for which it was collected, and for which consent and/or consent has been given. The collected data will not be made available to third parties in any way, except for the purpose prescribed by law or unless explicit consent and/or consent has been given. By placing an inquiry with KASPI, you consent to us responding to the same communication channel to which you requested the inquiry and to store your personal information provided to us for a maximum period of 5 years or for the period required to respond to your inquiry in full.
Management of consents for the processing of personal data
By accepting consent to the use of personal data, through the KASPI newsletter, you give permission to use and store personal data for the purpose of informative promotion of events and other useful data for citizens for a period of 5 years if you do not withdraw consent.
This consent includes the sharing of your personal information with Google Ireland, Facebook Ireland Ltd. (Facebook), The Rocket Science Group LLC d / a MailChimp for the purpose of sending marketing e-mails. In connection with this consent, KASPI includes sending informative newsletters to your e-mail. By accepting consent on the KASPI newsletter, you subscribe to the KASPI e-mail list, which adds you to the e-mail list and gives consent to the use of personal data name, surname, e-mail, gender, age group.
