General terms and conditions of use

Seller and owner www.kaspi.hr – City of Kastav, based in Kastav, Zakon kastafskega 3, OIB 54394236461, MBS 2581566, represented by Matej Mostarac, Mayor.

Website visitor: a person who accesses https://reservations.kaspi.hr/hr and browses the product offer and content of the site.

Buyer - a natural person who rents and pays for a work unit on the Seller's website outside of any activity, as well as legal entities and craftsmen.

The buyer, a natural person can only be an adult and able-bodied person. Purchase and sale in the name and on behalf of minors and completely incapable persons may be concluded by their legal representatives or guardians, and partially able-bodied persons only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian.

Users: Customers and Site Visitors together.

Premises are all spaces that are highlighted in the online store https://reservations.kaspi.hr/hr and which can be rented.

General provisions

Terms of business and use for natural persons are subject to the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14) and the Obligations Act (OG 35/05 and OG 41/08). Legal entities as customers are subject to the application of the Civil Obligations Act (OG 35/05 and OG 41/08) and the Electronic Commerce Act, and the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to them.

The right to use the Internet store is a personal right of the User, and cannot be transferred in any way to other natural or legal persons, nor is any user authorized to register other natural or legal persons.

The user is personally responsible for protecting the confidentiality of passwords, in places where they exist as such. The user is aware of the fact that sometimes there are interruptions of services, or events beyond the control of the City of Kastav and accepts that the City of Kastav is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the transmission of information on the Internet. The user agrees and accepts that access to the Internet store may sometimes be interrupted, temporarily unavailable or disabled.

By accessing and using the website through the appropriate technical means of access, each User undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions and the rules of use of the online store and agrees that the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions apply to him. Terms of sale

These terms of sale define the procedure of registration, payment, delivery and return or reclamation of products offered in our Internet store.

Pictures and descriptions

All spaces are shown descriptively and with photographs.

Employees of the Internet store try to state the characteristics of the product as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to make errors in product descriptions and images.

Prices

All prices are listed on the Internet store. All prices are expressed in HRK, and include the calculated legal VAT rate.

Lease

On the website https://reservations.kaspi.hr/hr it is possible to rent:

  • as a guest (external users)
  • as a registered user (incubation program participants)

Premises are reserved electronically. By pressing the "Add to cart" button. the selected space is added to the shopping cart. The space is considered reserved at the moment when the Buyer goes through the entire "Billing" Process.

When filling out the form, the Buyer is obliged to enter all the information required of him.

The purchase can be made with the confirmation of the Buyer that he has previously read and understood the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the online store and that he has agreed to them and that he is aware that it is an order with an obligation to pay.

Shopping is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If the Buyer is a legal entity in the purchase process when choosing the method of payment must mark the field "Request R1 invoice" after which additional fields will be opened in which he must enter the correct company name and exact OIB. The City of Kastav is not responsible for entering incorrect data. Subsequent issuance of R1 invoices is not possible.

When booking, the Buyer clicks on the free space where he wants the selected space to be reserved. In order for the reservation to be as fast as possible, it is necessary to check the accuracy of the entered data.

After a successful reservation on the Internet store, the Buyer for the reserved space receives an e-mail confirmation with the reservation number and the attached invoice.

Payment

The online store https://reservations.kaspi.hr/hr uses WSPay for online payments.

Use of space

As a registered user: The City of Kastav assigns an ID card that contains a code that will enable entry / exit to / from the reserved area (s).

As a guest: when booking a space, the guest will be provided with a one-time code through the system, which will allow him to enter / exit the space. If you have any questions, you can contact us at the e-mail address info@kaspi.hr.

Terms of use of the premises are possible by the hour and day from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 23:00, the space can be booked no earlier than 1 hour from the planned reservation and canceled 24 hours no later than the time of the reserved space.

Refund

In case of refund, it will be processed as soon as possible. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was received. The deadline for returning to the Customer's account does not depend on the Seller and WSPay, but exclusively on the card issuing bank.

Resolving complaints and reclamations

The supplier is responsible for material defects of the items he sells on his website in accordance with positive regulations, especially the Civil Obligations Act of the Republic of Croatia and the Consumer Protection Act.

If the reserved space does not correspond to the order (wrong or missing item), the Buyer sends a notification to the Seller to the e-mail info@kaspi.hr within 48 hours of booking.

The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing without delay and respond to it in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

The Seller is not responsible for the inability to reserve space if this possibility did not exist at the time of booking caused by improper handling of the reservation by the Buyer.

The User is obliged to inform the Seller about the impossibility of the reservation and in the complaint to clarify and, if possible, photographically document the defect in question.

Remarks and objections

The online store https://reservations.kaspi.hr/hr and the Seller allow you to send your written complaints related to Internet shopping to e-mail info@kaspi.hr.

We will respond to all comments and objections within a maximum of 5 days.

In order to, in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, confirm the receipt of a written complaint, and then respond to it, it is necessary that the Buyer in the written complaint provides accurate information for the response to the complaint.

Online dispute resolution

Across the EU, online shopping disputes can be resolved through the European online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission to provide access to quality dispute resolution and thus ensure safer and fairer online shopping. All online and retail retailers in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway are required to provide an easily accessible link to the online dispute resolution platform and e-mail address for the online dispute resolution platform to contact you (Article 14 Regulation (EU) No 524/2013).
