HOUSE RULES - BUSINESS INCUBATOR KASPI

Article 1.

The House Rules of the KASPI Business Incubator (hereinafter: the House Rules) prescribe and regulate working hours, entry and exit, fire protection, order and peace, maintaining cleanliness, etc., in the KASPI Business Incubator building (hereinafter: KASPI), at the address Milana Marjanovića 1, 51215 Kastav.

Words and terms that have a gender meaning used in this House Rules refer equally to the feminine and masculine genders.

The house rules should be followed by all KASPI users.

KASPI users are considered to be:

  1. authorized employees of the City of Kastav
  2. participants in the incubation program
  3. tenants of the office space K2
  4. daily users in the coworking space K3 (freelancers, digital nomads, etc.)
  5. users of conference room K1
  6. external experts conducting the incubation program
  7. business partners of the City of Kastav
  8. guests of the previously mentioned users

KASPI users are expected to treat the facility, property and things they use as a common good that should be protected in the common interest.

Users are obliged to inform their guests about the rules of the House Rules and take full responsibility in case of their non-compliance with the House Rules.

ENTRY AND EXIT

Article 2.

KASPI users are free to enter and exit KASPI using their ID card or one-time code assigned to them, within working hours, ie within the time in which they previously announced their stay in KASPI through the reservation system.

Persons who are not users of KASPI, ie who are not invited as guests, may not enter KASPI.

Article 3.

It is the obligation of every user who enters or leaves KASPI to close the front door of the facility. A user who does not close the front door of the facility will be held liable for any damage caused by this act.

WORKING HOURS

Article 4.

The working hours of KASPI on weekdays and Saturdays start at 7:00 AM and end at 11:00 PM. Entry into KASPI outside working hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, is not allowed, except in emergency situations and with prior notice to the competent Administrative Department of the City of Kastav.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Article 5.

All KASPI users are obliged to consume electricity efficiently and use water properly, ie to save consumption whenever possible. If the user who is the only one in KASPI at that time leaves the space, he is obliged to check whether all consumers are excluded and otherwise turn them off.

FIRE PROTECTION

Article 6.

Users are obliged to maintain their devices in good condition, ie to prevent the occurrence and spread of fires through proper use, in accordance with technical norms, standards and instructions of the manufacturer, about which they must have the appropriate documentation.

Article 7.

A KASPI user who notices a fire hazard is obliged to eliminate the hazard, ie to start extinguishing the fire and extinguish it, if he can do so without danger to himself or other persons.

If the KASPI user is unable to put out the fire, he is obliged to immediately inform the fire brigade by calling 112 or 193.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Article 8.

Smoking is not allowed in the closed areas of KASPI.

Article 9.

If the KASPI user notices a danger (flood, burglary, etc.) that he cannot eliminate on his own, he is obliged to immediately inform the competent institutions by calling 112 and the competent Administrative Department of the City.

ORDER AND PEACE

Article 10.

Order and peace should prevail in KASPI, which enables a normal working atmosphere, ie uninterrupted work of the present KASPI users.

KASPI users are also obliged to take care of the order and peace of the occupants of neighboring buildings, especially during their stay in the outdoor areas of KASPI, ie on access roads.

WASTE CLEANING AND MANAGEMENT

Article 11.

The City of Kastav is responsible for the regular and thorough cleaning of all internal and external premises of KASPI.

Article 12.

All KASPI users are obliged to leave the space clean after use, ie to return it to its original condition. This provision applies in particular to the use of common areas (toilets, kitchens, etc.).

In case of preparation or serving of food in the premises of KASPI, the responsible users are obliged to clean and take out the remains of food from KASPI. The use of the kitchenette is prescribed by the House Rules for the use of the kitchenette, which is displayed in the premises of KASPI.

Article 13.

All KASPI users are obliged to adequately prepare and dispose of their waste in the designated places within KASPI.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 14.

The house rules are displayed in the premises of KASPI.

Users of KASPI will be informed in a timely manner about all changes and amendments to this House Rules.

Article 15.

This House Rules shall enter into force on May 10, 2022.

HOUSE RULES FOR USING A KITCHEN

Article 1.

Every user of the KASPI business incubator who uses a kitchenette should:

  • respect other users in the kitchenette and other rooms;
  • take care to harmonize behavior with basic human principles;
  • treat property with the care of a good host.

Article 2.

In case of using the kitchen, the user is obliged to:

  • take care of their own safety and the safety of the facility;
  • after using kitchen appliances and utensils, clean behind you, and the room should be cleaned and brought to the condition in which it was found;
  • do not leave any groceries or utensils, etc., or arrange kitchen utensils properly;
  • use consumables reasonably (detergents and other cleaning agents, cloths, etc.).

In case of lack of kitchen consumables, it is necessary to inform the competent Administrative Department of the City of Kastav.

Article 3.

All damage to the kitchenette caused by the user's handling, the user is obliged to repair, or financially participate in the elimination of defects or damage.

Article 4.

Interpretation of the provisions of this House Rules for the use of the kitchenette is given by the competent Administrative Department.

Article 5.

This House Rules shall enter into force on May 10, 2022.
